What kind of people choose Write Well
University?
People choose a Write Well University class to improve their writing.
These are people who are willing to spend the time and effort to
work on their writing.
If writing isn't important to you, then you're probably not going
to be interested in a Write Well University program. If, on the
other hand, you feel that writing well is crucial to your career
success and maybe even your well-being (do you ever feel that you
must write?), we have a program
or coaching for you.

Are there different programs
from which to choose?
Write Well University offers several programs and services to help
you become a stronger writer. The Writing
Essentials Program is our most comprehensive writing course,
and we consider it to be the springboard to our other programs and
services. However, some of our programs and services are effective
tools on their own. See the sidebar for a complete list of our offerings.

Will one of your classes help me
become a better fiction writer and get books published? Will this
program help me write business proposals?
No, those aren't the purposes of this program. There are plenty
of other programs out there that teach you how to write
fiction or business proposals. That's not Write Well University.
Our goal is to make people stronger writers so that what they intend
is actually what's perceived by the readers, no matter the type
of writing. Write Well University programs help you be a better
writer. Period.

Do you offer any self-study courses?
We do not. We believe the power in our programs comes from
the relationships formed between the participants and the trainer,
as well as with each other. The trainer creates a supportive environment
in which everyone feels safe to bare his/her writing challenges
and to write authentically. That environment can't be created in
a self-study atmosphere.

group format. You can also consider working with Dawn as your writing
